The major instrument of data collection was structured questionnaire. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics such as frequency count, percentage, mean score and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results revealed that employees’ perception of unfair reward affects organisational productivity. It also showed that a significant positive relationship exist between employee deployment and organisational performance. This paper recommended that there should be fair and equitable reward and share of organisational resources as to get the best out of employees. Organisations should establish and stipulate procedural guidelines covering deployment practices so that no employee will feel deprived or cheated.
